Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, including sender and receiver information, parcel contents, weight, dimensions, and declared value. Jaypee Daily Parcel Services shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Customers must ensure that shipments are properly packaged to withstand normal handling and transit conditions.
Prohibited Items
Jaypee Daily Parcel Services does not accept prohibited, illegal, hazardous, flammable, or restricted items as defined under applicable transport and government regulations. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or detain any shipment found to be in violation of these rules without refund.

Pricing & Payments
All charges are based on shipment weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service type. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made as per agreed terms at the time of booking.
Liability & Limitations
