Return And Refund

Jaypee Daily Parcel Services is a transport and logistics service provider offering parcel booking and delivery services across India. Due to the nature of our services, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Jaypee Daily Parcel Services does not deal in physical products for sale; therefore, returns are not applicable once a parcel has been accepted and dispatched for transportation.

If a customer requests the return of a shipment after dispatch, it may be considered only on a best-effort basis and subject to operational feasibility, additional charges, and applicable transport regulations.

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted only before the parcel is dispatched. Once the shipment has entered transit, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customers must contact our customer support team immediately with valid booking details to request cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Booking is cancelled before dispatch

  • Service cannot be provided due to operational issues attributable to Jaypee Daily Parcel Services

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events

  • Incorrect shipment details or improper packaging provided by the customer

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond company control

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted through customer support with valid booking and payment details. Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame as per company procedures and payment methods used.

Any applicable processing or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Final Decision

All decisions regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds made by Jaypee Daily Parcel Services shall be final and binding.
